Kikoff helps its users build their credit, with the goal to improve their credit scores, with multiple financial products. Following a rebrand, I was responsible for applying color, typography, illustration, and graphic design across customer touch points. I often pitched in on copy for email, web, product–writing and editing for clarity. I also art directed an explainer video and customer testimonial videos.
Welcome series email
Working with our product marketing manager & copywriter, I designed and coded a series of emails to welcome new customers to Kikoff and highlight the benefits of Autopay.
Careers page
Working with HR and People Operations, I designed a new careers page to highlight our company mission, culture, and employee perks and benefits. In addition to the overall design and layout, I also illustrated the small icons for perks and benefits.
